Andrew Durstewitz is the CEO & Co-Founder of Community Brewing Ventures / D9 Brewing Company, established in 2013 & 2019 respectively. He has 15 years of experience in the IT industry and notably held senior positions in Human Capital Research and Global Financial Services organizations. Prior to founding D9 Brewing Company, Andrew helped start a voice recognition company that was later sold to Amazon in 2011.

Adam Mullis has worked in the beverage/retail business his whole career. He has vast knowledge in Brand marketing/development, wholesale sales/management and retail. For the past 10 years Adam has managed the portfolios of Constellation Brands, Heineken USA, Diageo, Fifco, Yuengling, Pabst, Press and Phusion. When not working he enjoys time with his wife, son and daughter. Adam is an avid golfer and enjoys cooking (and drinking beer)!

Travis, who attended Colorado State University and graduated from Metropolitan State University of Denver with a BS in Finance, began his career in banking as a commercial lender and worked in this sector for 20 years.  Travis is a relationship based executive with a proven track record for increasing revenue, controlling costs, driving profitability and motivating others.  While Travis has a deep understanding of finance and cash flow he is relatively new to the craft beverage industry as he joined the Bevana team in late 2022 as Chief Financial Officer.  When not knee deep in spreadsheets you will find Travis enjoying lake time with his family or playing golf.

As the Director of Supply Chain Management, Reed sees that everything gets to where it needs to be. He has decades of experience in logistics and management. Also, he usually manages to have a good time getting it all done.

Catherine oversees business operations including human resources, payroll, compliance and bookkeeping for Bevana Partners. Her original background in the healthcare sphere unites both her passion for people and community with streamlining organizational process and systems development.
