Hi-Wire Brewing first opened in Asheville, N.C.’s famous South Slope Brewing District back in the summer of 2013, and since then, the fun-loving brewery has become well-known for their approachable and balanced lagers and ales from the flagship favorite Hi-Pitch Mosaic IPA to the illustrious 10W-40 Imperial Stout Series to Mountain Water Easy Drinking Ale, the beer to share with your seltzer friends. The Asheville-based brewery’s beers can be found exclusively in 16oz cans at retailers across NC, SC, TN, OH, KY, GA, AL, IN, & VA and at Hi-Wire’s eleven vibrant taproom locations spread throughout North Carolina, Tennessee, Kentucky, Alabama, and Ohio. And with the 2015 opening of Hi-Wire’s Biltmore Village Production Brewery & Taproom just down the street from the original location, the South Slope brewery is now home to Hi-Wire’s award-winning sour and wild program producing exciting taproom and online exclusives that you can’t get anywhere else but at Hi-Wire and Bevana.
